Registration Fees for VIRTUAL Conference

The registration fee has been substantially reduced. For those who have already registered and paid, we refund the remainder of the registration fee. Please wait until you get individual message from the organizers.

Registration provides each participant with an access code to participate in sessions where they can ask questions of speakers, see questions and answers from other participants, take part in discussion groups, view the recorded presentations, and join groups for networking.

1 the reduced rate is available for people from Developing Countries, based on current World Bank list and countries listed below.
The Local Organising Committee of ISCB41 has decided to introduce this year reduced fees for students and researchers from neighbouring countries (Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia) to promote their participation in the conference.

Registration process

The whole registration process consist of 3 steps:

  • Online registration – obligatory, when the participant creates an account in the Coffee registration system. During the registration a fee should be chosen and invoice preferences given but all the information can be edited afterwards. The payment is NOT required at this stage.
  • Abstract submission – not obligatory, possible only after the registration is finished. To submit the abstract it is necessary to log in to the system.
  • Payment – obligatory, can be made after abstract submission results are announced.

Confirmation of the registration and payment

You will receive a first email with an automatic confirmation that the registration has been received. After payment you will receive a second email confirming that we have received your payment. If you don’t receive these emails, first check the spam folder as it sometimes happens that the confirmations are forwarded there, then please contact

Payment information

Early registration fee payment should be made by 15 June, 2020.
From 16 June, 2020 only Standard registration fee will be charged.
All the participants whose abstract is accepted are required to pay the registration fee by 15 June, 2020.

Methods of payment

  • On-line payment
    After logging in to the registration system click Pay on-line link. Tick the amount of registration fee and click Pay on-line button. You will be transferred to the payment system (FirstData Polcard). 
  • Bank transfer
    Bank transfer details are available in the registration confirmation or in the registration system. Bank transfer title should include the name of the participant and the conference code (ISCB 41). In case of bank transfer payment, all the bank charges should be covered by the participant.

Invoice request

Participants who need the invoice should complete the invoice preferences in the registration system. The invoice will be issued when the payment is received.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation before 15 July, 2020 – full refund (minus banking charges).
Cancellation after 15 July, 2020 – no refund.
Cancellations must be conferred in writing. All refunds will be processed after the congress.
Unpaid registrations will be cancelled after 10 August, 2020.
