1 the reduced rate is available for people from Developing Countries, based on current World Bank list and countries listed below.
The Local Organising Committee of ISCB41 has decided to introduce this year reduced fees for students and researchers from neighbouring countries (Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia) to promote their participation in the conference.
2 to apply for the student registration fee a copy of the student ID is required.
3 participation is included in the main conference fee, but prior registration is mandatory.
- Registration opens: January 15, 2020
- Early bird registration: May 31, 2020
Accompanying persons are registered by delegates through the online registration system. Accompanying persons are not entitled to the conference sessions. For the Conference Dinner delegates can purchase tickets for accompanying persons through the online registration system.
The whole registration process consist of 3 steps:
- Online registration – obligatory, when the participant creates an account in the Coffee registration system. During the registration a fee should be chosen and invoice preferences given but all the information can be edited afterwards. The payment is NOT required at this stage.
- Abstract submission – not obligatory, possible only after the registration is finished. To submit the abstract it is necessary to log in to the system.
- Payment – obligatory, can be made after abstract submission results are announced.
Confirmation of the registration and payment
You will receive a first email with an automatic confirmation that the registration has been received. After payment you will receive a second email confirming that we have received your payment. If you don’t receive these emails, first check the spam folder as it sometimes happens that the confirmations are forwarded there, then please contact email@example.com.
Early registration fee payment should be made by 31 May, 2020.
From 1 June, 2020 only Standard registration fee will be charged.
All the participants whose abstract is accepted are required to pay the registration fee by 31 May, 2020.
Methods of payment
- On-line payment
After logging in to the registration system click Pay on-line link. Tick the amount of registration fee and click Pay on-line button. You will be transferred to the payment system (FirstData Polcard).
- Bank transfer
Bank transfer details are available in the registration confirmation or in the registration system. Bank transfer title should include the name of the participant and the conference code (ISCB 41). In case of bank transfer payment, all the bank charges should be covered by the participant.
Participants who need the invoice should complete the invoice preferences in the registration system. The invoice will be issued when the payment is received.
If you need the proforma invoice before making the payment, please send the request to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org after completing the registration process.
Cancellation before 1 June, 2020 – full refund (minus banking charges).
Cancellation after 1 June, 2020 – no refund.
Cancellations must be conferred in writing. All refunds will be processed after the congress.
Unpaid registrations will be cancelled after 10 August, 2020.
